This Pinot Noir is an excellent Kosher non-Mevushal (non-pasteurized or non-heated) red wine. Grapes for this wine were sourced from the cooler climate Central Valley wine region in Chile and you can count on a fresh Pinot Noir with ripe red berry, Bing cherry, dried herbs and spicy flavours vibrant on the palate.
